About Optimyzed

We got tired of watching good businesses lose to slower, worse competitors who just answered the phone first.

That's really the whole reason Optimyzed exists.

The first version of Optimyzed wasn't a website or an SEO plan. It was Quotify — a simple tool that let someone get a real price and book a job on the spot, instead of waiting for a callback that might come tomorrow, or might not come at all.

We built it after hearing the same story too many times from contractors and local business owners: a lead came in, looked promising, and then just... went quiet. Not because the price was wrong or the work wasn't good. Usually because somebody else got back to them first.

That's a marketing problem before it's a sales problem. So we kept building backward from it — a website that actually gets found, content and social media that doesn't go stale, lead outreach that doesn't sound like a robot, ads that get checked instead of set-and-forgotten, and a report at the end that tells you, honestly, what worked.

Six pieces now. We call them engines because they run continuously — researching, drafting, watching your numbers — instead of showing up once a month with a PDF nobody reads.

The part we won't automate away

AI does the repetitive work: research, first drafts, monitoring, flagging what's off. But a person on our team still reviews what goes out under your name — a new page, an email sequence, an ad, a social post. If it's something your customers will see, someone checked it first. That's not a limitation we're working around. It's the actual product.

We're not trying to be the biggest agency out there, and we're not selling you on being "AI-powered" for its own sake. We just think a service business should be able to get found, get contacted, and get booked — without needing five different vendors and a spreadsheet to track them all.

How a project actually starts

Nothing here is a black box.

01

We talk about your business, plainly

Same conversation you'd have with a new hire on day one — who you serve, where, and what a good customer looks like for you.

02

We build against what's actually broken

Maybe your site's fine but leads go cold. Maybe nobody's posted in months. We start where it costs you the most.

03

You approve before anything goes live

Full review to start. Once you trust the work, routine stuff can move to a faster, still-supervised approval mode.

04

We keep watching, and keep you posted

Not a quarterly report. Ongoing monitoring, with plain answers when you ask "is this working."

Talk to a person, not a form

Tell us what's not working. We'll tell you what we'd actually do about it.
